ASA THOR, parentage unknown, yellow variegated ; good grower and good keeper. Splits some during mid-Winter. This is a Danish variety, registered by Homer H. Hill, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for the originator, Holger Hellbrink, of Copenhagen, Denmark. Dissemination date unknown.
AUTUMN GLOW (Elizabeth Rowe x Helen Hussey), orange variegated (almond with rose-pink edges and lines), 3^ to 4 inches ; large, full, high-centred flower. LAVENDER ROSE (Seth Parker x seedling), rose with lavender cast, 3 to 34 inches ; very productive, foliage dark with medium narrow leaves. Does not split and has strong stiff stem. Height about the same as Virginia. By A. Rasmussen and Son, New Albany, Indiana.
